SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 med. firm tomato (cut in chunks)
1 med. green pepper (sliced)
1 1/2 lb. pork (cubed)
1 1/2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. kitchen bouquet
1 can pineapple chunks
1 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained

In 3 quart casserole place pork, onions, soy sauce and Kitchen Bouquet. Reserving juice, drain pineapple. Set aside. Add reserved juice to meat stirring well. Cover. Microwave at medium for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. In small bowl stir together water, vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add this mixture to the meat along with pineapple and water chestnuts. Cover. Microwave at medium high for 15 to 20 minutes. Stirring and add green pepper. Fold in tomato chunks. Cook 3 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
