RHUBARB - STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE | |
1 c. rhubarb, chopped coarsely 1/2 c. orange juice 1 tsp. honey 2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed firmly 1 c. quartered strawberries Whipped topping Combine the rhubarb, sugar, and honey. Simmer covered for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in the strawberries. Cover and chill. Spoon over shortcakes. Garnish with whipped topping. |
