STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE MOLD 
1 lg. box strawberry gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 lg. box frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
1 loaf angel food cake

In a large bowl, mix gelatin with hot water. Add frozen strawberries and mix until dissolved in gelatin mixture. Add whipped topping and mix with a mixer. Pull apart angel food cake into chunks and then fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into 9x13 inch glass pan, cover and place in refrigerator until set.
