1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello strawberry or your choice 2/3 c. boiling water 2 c. ice cakes 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip thawed 1 c. fresh strawberries (with fruit of choice) 1 graham cracker crust Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Blend in Cool Whip until smooth. Fold in fruit, chill, if necessary until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust and chill 2 hours. |
