JELLO PIE 
2 egg whites
1 tall can cream (to be whipped)
1 pkg. jello (cherry or strawberry, strawberry has more flavor)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 graham cracker crusts

Mix together egg whites, jello and pineapple in a saucepan; bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Let mixture cool. Meanwhile, beat cream until stiff. Add to above mixture. Pour into graham cracker crusts. Chill. These make large delicious cool pies.
