1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 tbsp. oil
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped

Spray iron frying pan with Pam. Heat frying pan on burner with a little oil. Mix all ingredients together and pour in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
