LEMON CAKE 
1 Betty Crocker lemon velvet cake mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. apricot nectar

GLAZE:

Juice of 2 lemons or 3 1/2 oz. ReaLemon
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients well and bake in a well greased tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn out while hot on cake plate. Pierce with long fork.

Make glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar and heat until hot. Pour over cake and let it soak in. Serve while warm.
