CHEESE CAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 pt. heavy cream
7 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
Graham cracker crust
10" springform pan

Cream sugar and cheese very well. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add flour, lemon juice, vanilla and last the cream (not whipped). Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 75 minutes, until "wiggly" in center and golden brown. Open the oven door, turn oven off and leave cake in oven 1/2 hour. Let sit overnight and enjoy.
