2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. onion, chopped 1 c. uncooked rice 1 c. milk 2 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Put into casserole dish and pour 1 can tomato soup mixed with 1 can water over mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
