MILK GRAVY 
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. bacon grease
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

In hot skillet, stir in grease, flour, salt and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat. Add milk and stir until mixture boils. Serve hot with bacon, eggs and biscuits. For thinner gravy, increase milk. For thicker gravy, decrease milk.
