PITTSBURGH POTATOES 
10 med. potatoes
1 sm. jar pimiento, diced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 stick butter, diced
1 slice white bread, broken in cubes
1/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Pour into greased 9"x13" casserole, cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be made up ahead and baked next day.
