BEAN 'N BACON SALAD 
2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Crisp greens
Paprika

Mix first 6 ingredients; toss lightly. Cover and chill. Mix next 5 ingredients. Just before serving, drain beans and toss with bacon. Serve on greens; top with a spoonful of egg mixture and sprinkle with paprika. 6 servings.
