MAMMI'S POTATO SOUP 
4-5 lg. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 stick butter
1 onion, cut up
1 celery stalk, cut up
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 tsp. marjoram
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Kielbasa, sliced (optional)

Put first 8 ingredients in pot with enough water to cover. Bring to boil, lower heat and cook until vegetables are soft. Put through food mill, return to pot, add Kielbasa and simmer for about half an hour, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
