MABEL BOSWELL'S PISTACHIO
DELIGHT
 
FIRST LAYER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. ground pecans

Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat in bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until ivory colored. Cool completely.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 carton Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Add ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread over cooled crust (layer 1).

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
3 c. milk

Add ingredients and spread over layer 2.

FOURTH LAYER:

1/2 carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans
