BBQ CHICKEN OR PORK CHOPS 
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Crisco
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce

Mix together and bring to a boil. Pour over meat in oven-proof baking dish. Cook 1/2 hour at 250 degrees, then 1 hour at 350 degrees. Keep covered.
