MANDI GRAS SALAD 
1 can sm. green peas
1 can French style green beans
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion diced fine
1 sm. jar pimento diced fine
1 sm. green pepper, diced fine

Mix all together and pour the following over it.

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Marinate for 12 to 24 hours in refrigerator and enjoy!!
