PINEAPPLE DELIGHT PIE 
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 ready made graham cracker crust

Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours. May top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Simple and fast to make. Good to eat.
