BARBECUE RIBS 
5-6 lb. ribs (pork nibblers are good)
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. ketchup
3/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. celery seed
1-2 dashes hot sauce

Bake ribs, covered, in hot oven, 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Cook sauce for 5 minutes on stove. Pour sauce over ribs. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover last 1/2 hour.
