BOW KNOT DINNER ROLLS 
6 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
1 1/3 c. very warm water
10 tsp. butter (soft)
3 eggs, at room temperature

In large bowl mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast and water and butter to dry ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add 2 eggs and 1 cup flour. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough flour to make stiff dough on floured surface knead 8 to 10 minutes. Set in greased bowl turn to grease top. Cover, refrigerate 2 to 24 hours. Punch down, divide into 48 equal pieces. Roll each piece into 8 inch rope loosely tie into knot, set on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until double in size (about 1 hour). Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
