PIG PICKING CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow butter recipe cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges

FROSTING:

1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Pour can of mandarin oranges and liquid into blender and liquefy. Add to cake mix, eggs and oil in a large bowl and mix well. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 8-inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool completely and then frost.

Frosting: Mix dry pudding gradually into pineapple until all liquid is absorbed. Blend in Cool Whip. Frost cake and store in refrigerator overnight before serving. Serves 10-12.
