BLACK WALNUT PIE 
3 lg. eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped slightly black walnuts
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

In large bowl stir first 5 ingredients until blended well. Stir in nuts pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool and serve. Serves 8.
