BLACK BOTTOM PIE 
CRUST:

1 pkg. chocolate wafers, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted

Press in bottom of 9x13 pan.

FILLING:

2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
2 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream (softened)

Beat pudding and milk for one minute. Add softened ice cream. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with chocolate chips or a few crushed wafers.
