NORWEGIAN STEW 
1 1/2 c. cooked corn beef, diced
1 1/2 c. raw beef, diced
1/2 lb. fresh pork, diced
4 c. raw potatoes, cut up
1 onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
Little salt

Place raw meat in pan with enough water or meat stock to cover, boil slowly for 1/2 hour. Add onion, seasoning and boiled corned beef and potatoes. Simmer additional 1/2 hour until meat is tender. Serve with salad and other cooked fresh vegetables.
