STIR FRY VEGETABLES WITH RAMEN
NOODLES
 
3 pkgs. Ramen noodles
1 whole carrot, dice into sm. cubes
1 c. chicken, beef or pork
1 box frozen broccoli
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 can of bamboo shoots
1 can of bean sprouts
1/2 c. soy sauce (to your taste)
1/2 tsp. red pepper

Boil your water, turn off. Place noodles in the water. Let the noodles set for 5 minutes. Stir fry all vegetables and mix with noodles. Serves 4.
