B & Z'S FAMOUS BUTTER COOKIES 
3 c. cake flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. dry milk powder
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Stir together cake flour, sugar, dry milk, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add melted butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat together to make a thick batter. Spread into a greased 16 x 11 inch jelly roll pan.

Prepare topping by blending cream cheese until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend in powdered sugar. Spread topping on cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until top is golden brown. Cool and cut into 2 inch squares.
