PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1 1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1 egg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place a criss cross on each cookie with fork prongs that you have dipped in water. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until light brown. Cool on cookie sheet one minute then remove to rack to finish cooling. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
