CHICKEN LASAGNA 
3 lbs. chicken, boiled & boned or you can use 6 or 8 boneless chicken breasts
6 to 8 strips lasagna noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 box Stove Top stuffing (prepared according to directions on box)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion flakes (optional)
Sliced mushrooms (optional)

Cook noodles; mix the cooked stuffing, soup, broth, milk, salt, pepper, onion flakes and mushrooms together. Chop the chicken and add to mixture.

In a large greased pan (9 x 13 inch), layer half the noodle strips, then half of the chicken mixture and the cheddar cheese. Repeat a layer of noodles, chicken mixture and sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
