CHICKEN LASAGNA 
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. basil
4 1/2 c. chicken broth
3 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
3/4 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and well drained
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 3/4 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach or chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

Melt butter and blend in flour, salt and basil. Stir in broth and cook until thickened and comes to a boil. Add chicken and remove from heat. Mix cheeses and eggs and Mozzarella together. Place 1/3 of chicken mixture in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Then layer noodles, cheese, chicken, etc. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
