PUMPKIN BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. nuts

Beat sugar, pumpkin, oil and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients. Blend in butterscotch chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on greased sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
