HARVEST COOKIES 
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
2 c. uncooked oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. persimmon pulp (or pumpkin)
2 c. mini chocolate chips (optional)
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on greased cookie sheets. (May need to sit on cookie sheet a minute before removing.)
