SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
2 pts. oysters, be sure all shells are removed
2 c. strained oyster liquid & milk
3 c. crumbled saltines
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. melted butter

Grease shallow baking dish. Make 2 layers of oysters and crumbled crackers between each layer and on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour melted butter over casserole. Add oyster liquid and milk. Pour slowly around edges so it comes up under top layer of crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
