CHEESE MEAT ROLL 
2 lbs. ground meat
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
2 eggs, beaten
Thinned sliced boiled ham (8)
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella

Mix ingredients together well. Shape into a 12"x10" rectangle on a sheet of wax paper. Arrange 8 slices of thin sliced boiled ham over meat mixture leaving a 1" butter around edges. Top with Mozzarella. Beginning at short end roll meat, jelly roll fashion, lifting wax paper to help in rolling. Press edges and ends together to seal. Place roll seam side down in a lightly greased 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Place 3 slices of Mozzarella cut into triangles on top of meat roll. Return to oven to melt cheese on top.
