8 inch pie crust
2 c. diced ham
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. each pepper, allspice, and cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Beat eggs and milk. Add rest of ingredients. Stir. Spoon into pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
