CHOCOLATE PEANUT BITES 
300 g (1 1/2 cups) dark cooking chocolate
15 g (1 T) butter
3 cups icing sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup unsalted peanuts
2 cups smooth peanut butter
Melted butter

1. Over a pot of boiling water melt the chocolate. Insuring that the bowl with the chocolate does not touch the water.

2. In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, icing sugar, peanut butter and the melted butter. Mix well. Then add the peanuts, crush slightly if preferred.

3. Pour peanut mixture into a pan, flatten, and smooth into pan. Press thoroughly. Pour chocolate over the peanut mixture.

4. Place into fridge for 2 to 3 hours. Cut into squares, store in air tight container.
