RHUBARB MERINGUE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour (rounding)
2 c. rhubarb, finely chopped
2 tbsp. water
2 egg yolks

Stir sugar and flour together then mix with the rhubarb. Add beaten egg yolks and water. Stir all together. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake in 450 degree oven 12 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degree oven and continue baking 25 to 30 minutes until set. When done put the meringue on top and brown. (2 tablespoons sugar to each egg white).
