ROCKY ROAD COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter or 1 cube butter
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 pkg. marshmallows, colored, miniature
Graham crackers
Coconut

Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with graham crackers. Melt butter with butterscotch chips together. Do not let boil. Add powdered sugar and well beaten egg to butterscotch mixture. Cool and add 1/2 package of colored marshmallows. Spread on graham crackers and sprinkle with coconut. Let cool. (Can substitute chocolate chips for butterscotch chips.)
