EGG BAKE 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. pork sausage (or 1 lb. bacon)
9 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices white bread cut in 4-inch cubes
1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown sausage (or bacon until crisp, crumble); drain fat. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Stir in sausage (bacon), bread and cheese. Pour into greased 13x9 pan and refrigerator overnight, covered. Do not stir in morning. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
