NANCY'S MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. spaghetti spice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 sliced bread
1 1/2 c. or 1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 lg. egg
2 tbsp. dry onion

Mix well until bread and milk are fully incorporated; let stand 1 hour. Form into meatballs. Fry or bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
