BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 sm. jicama
1 bunch raw broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1/4-1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

DRESSING:

1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper
Tabasco

Cube the jicama into bite-sized pieces roughly the same size as the broccoli and cauliflower. Break the broccoli and cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Mix together with green onion and bacon. Toss with dressing and serve chilled.

For dressing - combine and cook together for 6-7 minutes. Cool. Pour over vegetables.
