CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE | |
1 sm. can chow mein noodles 2 c. cooked & diced chicken, turkey, turkey or shrimp (I usually use chicken) 1 c. chopped celery, combine with 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 can sliced water chestnuts 2 cans cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup mixed with 1 c. milk 1 sm. can chow mein noodles 1/2 c. cashews or almonds Layer ingredients in order given in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
