HONG KONG CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey (or 2 cans tuna)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
3 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can Chinese noodles
1/2 c. cashews

Mix 3/4 can noodles with rest of ingredients in casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. May be made ahead and cooked at serving time.
