FROZEN BANANA SALAD 
4 bananas, mashed fine
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Pecans (add cherries at Christmas)

Mix together and freeze in 9 x 13 inch pyrex dish. Thaw slightly before cutting into squares. Keeps indefinitely in freezer.
