SPINACH SWIRL TURKEY LOAF
1 1/4 lb. fresh lean ground turkey
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
3/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
9 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 oz. (1/4 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. In medium bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, oregano, salt, Worcestershire sauce, 1/3 c. tomato sauce and egg. Mix well. On foil, form turkey mixture into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle. Place spinach evenly on top of turkey mixture, sprinkle with cheese, roll up tightly, starting, with short end. Carefully place in greased pan, seam-side down. Press gently to seal edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes or until turkey is browned. Spoon remaining tomato sauce over top of loaf, sprinkle with parsley. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
