2 sticks butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. self rising flour (or 2 c. plain flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt)

Mix and bake in small muffin tins which have been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 450 degrees until set. Very quick, easy and good.
