QUICK PECAN PIE | |
3 egg whites, beaten stiff 3/4 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 3/4 c. rolled graham crackers 3/4 c. pecans Gradually add sugar and salt to stiff egg whites. Add graham crackers and pecans and mix. Pour into a buttered pie plate. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with ice cream or whipped cream to serve. |
