BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN COOKIE | |
1 (4 serving size) pkg. butterscotch pudding 2 c. quick cooking rolled oats 1/2 c. soft butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla butternut flavoring Heat oven to 350 degrees. Thoroughly blend together all the ingredients in a bowl. Shape level tablespoons of dough into balls; place 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten balls slightly with fork or glass bottom. Bake 12 to 15 minutes (burns very easily - watch carefully). Cool slightly on cookie sheet before removing. Yields 2 1/2 dozen. |
