BUTTERSCOTCH OATMEAL 
2 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. honey
2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
4 tbsp. butter

In saucepan, combine eggs, milk, and honey. Cook, stirring over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir in the oats, and cook for 5 minutes longer or until done. Add the butter, cover and remove from heat. Let stand for a few minutes. Stir and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
