ONE-STEP BISCUITS 
1 c. commercial sour cream
1 egg
2 c. pancake mix
Poppy seeds

Combine sour cream and egg in a large mixing bowl; beat until well blended. Add pancake mix; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 1 dozen.
