MUSTARD RELISH 
12 lg. cucumbers
4 to 6 med. onions
1/4 c. salt
3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. turmeric
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard

Grind cucumbers and onions. Drain overnight with salt on top.

Mix sugar, vinegar, turmeric, hot water, flour and mustard. Pour over cucumbers and onions. Boil until clear. Put in jars and seal. Makes 5 quarts.

Good with hamburger steaks.
