12 lbs. sm. lima beans
40 lbs. potatoes
2 gal. canned tomatoes
2 gal. crushed tomatoes
3 gal. white shoe peg corn
1 lb. butter
5 lbs. onions
8 green peppers
2 sm. cans red cayenne pepper
1 med. box black pepper (1/2 to 2/3 box)
1 1/2 c. salt
1 c. sugar

Cook. Makes 90 quarts.
